Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days in accordance with Article 9 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Protection of Consumer Rights.'"

The buyer is responsible for the cost of delivery if the goods were purchased outside of Ukraine.

Goods of inadequate quality (defective or incorrectly assembled) can be returned or exchanged.Goods of proper quality, custom-made (according to your specific measurements), cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders can be cancelled within two days of placing an order.
